That is what RAY's latest release is built around. It brings 14 improvements, 7 major highlights and 7 smaller enhancements, that make shared spaces fairer, visits faster, payments simpler and your community's data easier to understand, including a new AI assistant that answers your questions in plain language. Here is what's new and how it helps your team.
Connect your own AI assistant (beta)
Stop digging through reports for answers. The new AI Assistant lets administrators connect the AI they already use, whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or their own local model, and ask questions about their community's data in plain language.
You'll find it right under Home in the menu. Once our team connects it with your API key or local model, you type a question, get an answer, and keep the conversation going with follow-ups. Each answer lists the Tools used to find it, so you can see where it came from.
Your data stays protected: the assistant only sees what your own permissions let you see. It is in beta, so answers can be incomplete, and narrower questions get better results.
A new bookings calendar
The bookings calendar has been rebuilt around a single day. Every space gets its own column with the hours down the side, and spaces with sub-spaces expand into one column each. Full-day bookings sit in an All day row above the hours, so they fit neatly alongside hourly ones.
Filter by Location, Category or Space, and turn on Hide empty spaces to focus on what's actually booked. It replaces the previous hourly and daily calendars, and week and month views are coming soon.
Booking limits per period
Popular spaces like padel courts shouldn't belong to whoever books fastest. You can now cap how many bookings each user makes per day, week or month, or all three, from the space's booking policy.
Limits count across every space that shares the policy, including bookings a user is invited to, while cancelled bookings don't count. Residents see the rule upfront, for example "Up to 5 bookings per week", so there are no surprises. Tip: a weekly limit is usually enough for sports courts.
Approve specific visitors
A visit no longer has to stall because one guest's details are missing. Security and admins can now approve a visit for only some of its visitors, without blacklisting anyone.
Untick the visitors who shouldn't come, add a reason, and approve. The excluded visitors aren't granted access, and the host is notified with their names and your reason, so they can fix the details.
Pay invoices by transfer, with proof of payment
No more chasing transfer receipts by email. Residents can now record a Bank Transfer or Money Transfer directly on the invoice in the app, enter the amount and reference, and upload their proof of payment as a photo or document.
The payment goes to your team for verification and only counts toward the invoice once approved. Every proof arrives on the invoice it belongs to, which means faster reconciliation and fewer back-and-forth messages.
Manage assignees and managers from the app
Admins can now change who handles a request on the go, without opening the portal. Assignees and Managers have their own rows on each request: tap + to add people, or swipe to remove them. Changes apply instantly in both the app and the portal.
Active submissions dashboard
The forms dashboard has a new Active Submissions tab that shows every request still open right now, with no date range to pick. See open requests by category and state (open, acknowledged, reopened) or form by form, so you can spot where work is piling up. Your familiar trends view lives under Overview.
